The poker ledger for your regular game
Buy-ins, cash-outs, IOUs, and expenses — tracked live at the table, reconciled to the cent when the night ends.
First 20 sessions on the house. No credit card.
About
Every regular home game has the same unpaid job: someone fronts the bank, counts the chips, remembers who re-entered twice, and untangles the IOUs at two in the morning. Chip Logs started as that person’s spreadsheet — and grew into the tool we wished existed.
The idea is simple: the books should keep themselves. Buy-ins and cash-outs are logged in seconds while the game runs, every session reconciles to the cent, and player credit carries forward so nothing ever rests on memory.
Features
Six jobs the app takes off the host’s plate, from the first buy-in to the last settle-up.
Seat the table, then log buy-ins, re-entries, and cash-outs as they happen — from any phone at the table.
Every session reconciles cash in against cash out and flags any discrepancy to the cent before you close the night.
Player credit is a first-class citizen — opening balances, per-player tabs, and settle-ups that carry across sessions.
The club's financials sit behind a house PIN — visible to you, not to whoever borrows your phone.
Lifetime net, $/hr, hours played, and trend charts for each player in your game.
Batch-enter a finished session in one screen, or bring months of history in from a CSV.
How it works
Sign in with Google or email and name your game. That's the whole setup — about two minutes, no credit card.
The roster is a one-time job: names, nicknames for the two Mikes, and any IOUs carried over from the paper era.
Set up the session, seat whoever showed up, and log buy-ins, re-entries, and cash-outs from any phone at the table.
Enter the final counts and the night reconciles to the cent. Player nets, IOUs, and every stat update themselves.
Missed a night? Batch-enter a finished session in one screen — or bring months of history in from a CSV — and the stats catch up as if you’d been here all along.
The tour
Swipe through what running a session actually looks like — the same flow whether it’s a phone at the table or a browser at home.
Works everywhere
Chip Logs runs in the browser, so there’s nothing to install and nothing to update. The live board is built for a phone in one hand — big tap targets and a bottom tab bar — while the same books open on a laptop for the deep work: reviewing a night, batch-entering history, importing and exporting CSVs.
On an iPhone, open chiplogs.com in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen — the chip lands next to your apps and opens full-screen, no browser bars. On Android, Chrome offers Install app from its menu.
Pricing
Start free with the full books and every stat — the analytics a spreadsheet can’t give you are free from day one. When the game keeps running, Pro lifts the caps and settles the night for you — and House adds co-hosts and the tools for rooms that collect tips. Your data stays readable and exportable on every plan, always.
